Narrative:

Passenger rang call button. He wanted a drink. We talked until the drink came, then he rubbed up against my breast, touched my jacket and abdomen. He was sucking on a stir stick thinking it was a straw. Approximately 10 mins later, I was asked to go to the first class galley to assist #7 flight attendant who was trying to talk to the 2 passenger. It was too tense for #5 flight attendant to handle. They were demanding more drinks, but the purser had told him no more for 1 hour. He was in a rage. 'Who decides when I have had enough?' you americans are so arrogant, can't understand the swiss, deserved sep/11 because of our arrogance, deserved pearl harbor, only flies this air carrier because it is the cheapest. 'I can bring down this plane, I can become so obnoxious you will land, handcuff me, I don't care. I can take on any one on this plane including the pilot.' (the first officer had come out and tried to talk to passenger X.) the individual told the first officer he was stupid -- like all americans. Passenger X rolled up his sleeves and flexed his muscles. For 1 1/2 hours, we heard this. He refused to situation down and no one could convince him. The seatbelt sign was on. He disrupted the entire first class cabin and most of business class. He finally sat down after 1 1/2 hours, rang his call button and asked for a drink. I told him there would be no more drinks served to him and there would be no negotiations. He had disrupted us long enough. He rang again, asked for a drink and said that he had taken 2 sleeping tablets. He finally fell asleep. No one met the aircraft even though we requested someone.

Title: PAX ALLEGED TO BE INTOXICATED CAUSING DISTURBANCE IN ACFT CABIN.

Narrative: PAX RANG CALL BUTTON. HE WANTED A DRINK. WE TALKED UNTIL THE DRINK CAME, THEN HE RUBBED UP AGAINST MY BREAST, TOUCHED MY JACKET AND ABDOMEN. HE WAS SUCKING ON A STIR STICK THINKING IT WAS A STRAW. APPROX 10 MINS LATER, I WAS ASKED TO GO TO THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY TO ASSIST #7 FLT ATTENDANT WHO WAS TRYING TO TALK TO THE 2 PAX. IT WAS TOO TENSE FOR #5 FLT ATTENDANT TO HANDLE. THEY WERE DEMANDING MORE DRINKS, BUT THE PURSER HAD TOLD HIM NO MORE FOR 1 HR. HE WAS IN A RAGE. 'WHO DECIDES WHEN I HAVE HAD ENOUGH?' YOU AMERICANS ARE SO ARROGANT, CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE SWISS, DESERVED SEP/11 BECAUSE OF OUR ARROGANCE, DESERVED PEARL HARBOR, ONLY FLIES THIS ACR BECAUSE IT IS THE CHEAPEST. 'I CAN BRING DOWN THIS PLANE, I CAN BECOME SO OBNOXIOUS YOU WILL LAND, HANDCUFF ME, I DON'T CARE. I CAN TAKE ON ANY ONE ON THIS PLANE INCLUDING THE PLT.' (THE FO HAD COME OUT AND TRIED TO TALK TO PAX X.) THE INDIVIDUAL TOLD THE FO HE WAS STUPID -- LIKE ALL AMERICANS. PAX X ROLLED UP HIS SLEEVES AND FLEXED HIS MUSCLES. FOR 1 1/2 HRS, WE HEARD THIS. HE REFUSED TO SIT DOWN AND NO ONE COULD CONVINCE HIM. THE SEATBELT SIGN WAS ON. HE DISRUPTED THE ENTIRE FIRST CLASS CABIN AND MOST OF BUSINESS CLASS. HE FINALLY SAT DOWN AFTER 1 1/2 HRS, RANG HIS CALL BUTTON AND ASKED FOR A DRINK. I TOLD HIM THERE WOULD BE NO MORE DRINKS SERVED TO HIM AND THERE WOULD BE NO NEGOTIATIONS. HE HAD DISRUPTED US LONG ENOUGH. HE RANG AGAIN, ASKED FOR A DRINK AND SAID THAT HE HAD TAKEN 2 SLEEPING TABLETS. HE FINALLY FELL ASLEEP. NO ONE MET THE ACFT EVEN THOUGH WE REQUESTED SOMEONE.
