Narrative:
Upon landing at ZZZ, I exited at the departure end of runway 6 to the VOR ground check point. Upon completion of training at that location, I called tower, 'aircraft X, holding short runway 5 at X pad for parking X3.' I thought tower cleared me to air taxi runway 24, right turn on bravo sod, contact ground. I read back, 'aircraft X taxi runway 24, right turn on Y pad.' as I started to taxi down runway 24, tower acknowledged me and said, 'stay with me' (tower frequency). As I was preparing to cross runway 36 (crossing runway) which was also active, I noticed a TH67 on final for runway 36. I proceeded to cross runway 36 and exited on 'Z' as per my clearance. Tower then said that I had only been cleared to cross runway 24. I proceeded to parking for end of mission. Approximately 30 mins later, I voluntarily spoke with the tower chief on duty about the situation. He had heard the events and stated that it was not my fault -- they had controller training in progress, and the controller had been counseled -- there was no problem.

Title: POSSIBLE RWY INCURSION DURING CTLR AND HELI PLT TRAINING.
Narrative: UPON LNDG AT ZZZ, I EXITED AT THE DEP END OF RWY 6 TO THE VOR GND CHK POINT. UPON COMPLETION OF TRAINING AT THAT LOCATION, I CALLED TWR, 'ACFT X, HOLDING SHORT RWY 5 AT X PAD FOR PARKING X3.' I THOUGHT TWR CLRED ME TO AIR TAXI RWY 24, R TURN ON BRAVO SOD, CONTACT GND. I READ BACK, 'ACFT X TAXI RWY 24, R TURN ON Y PAD.' AS I STARTED TO TAXI DOWN RWY 24, TWR ACKNOWLEDGED ME AND SAID, 'STAY WITH ME' (TWR FREQ). AS I WAS PREPARING TO CROSS RWY 36 (XING RWY) WHICH WAS ALSO ACTIVE, I NOTICED A TH67 ON FINAL FOR RWY 36. I PROCEEDED TO CROSS RWY 36 AND EXITED ON 'Z' AS PER MY CLRNC. TWR THEN SAID THAT I HAD ONLY BEEN CLRED TO CROSS RWY 24. I PROCEEDED TO PARKING FOR END OF MISSION. APPROX 30 MINS LATER, I VOLUNTARILY SPOKE WITH THE TWR CHIEF ON DUTY ABOUT THE SIT. HE HAD HEARD THE EVENTS AND STATED THAT IT WAS NOT MY FAULT -- THEY HAD CTLR TRAINING IN PROGRESS, AND THE CTLR HAD BEEN COUNSELED -- THERE WAS NO PROB.
