Narrative:
A300 MEL 22-06 a and B yaw damper has an alternate rest on option B, but not on option a. Flight operations says it should have a restr of FL310. Flight operations also said there was change being sent to the FAA that would delete the ETOPS requirement but would have the FL310 restr. We have not been provided with any guidance to restrict the altitude to FL310.
