Narrative:
After landing at ZZZ, and after turning onto the high speed turnoff and prior to making approximately 130 degree turn onto taxiway northbound, aircraft came to a stop on its own. Captain had control of aircraft and aircraft would not move with power added. We had switched to ground control which the first officer advised immediately what our problem was. Within 20-30 seconds, the captain pumped the brakes and the brakes released and we continued on to parking. Throughout the landing and turnoff, all hydraulic pressures were normal. There were no hot brakes or anything abnormal when parked.

Title: DC10 CREW APPEARED TO HAVE DRAGGING OR LOCKED BRAKES AFTER LNDG.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT ZZZ, AND AFTER TURNING ONTO THE HIGH SPD TURNOFF AND PRIOR TO MAKING APPROX 130 DEG TURN ONTO TXWY NBOUND, ACFT CAME TO A STOP ON ITS OWN. CAPT HAD CTL OF ACFT AND ACFT WOULD NOT MOVE WITH PWR ADDED. WE HAD SWITCHED TO GND CTL WHICH THE FO ADVISED IMMEDIATELY WHAT OUR PROB WAS. WITHIN 20-30 SECONDS, THE CAPT PUMPED THE BRAKES AND THE BRAKES RELEASED AND WE CONTINUED ON TO PARKING. THROUGHOUT THE LNDG AND TURNOFF, ALL HYD PRESSURES WERE NORMAL. THERE WERE NO HOT BRAKES OR ANYTHING ABNORMAL WHEN PARKED.
