Narrative:
Taxiing for takeoff at ord, I was cleared to cross runway 27R. I made a wrong turn and crossed runway 32R by mistake. Supplemental information from acn 552330: crossing B bridge, captain confirmed turning onto taxiway P high speed of runway 27L. I looked down to try and load flight plan into FMC. Looked up to confirm his speeds for runway 27R and realized we were not on taxiway P but instead on taxiway H2. I did not notice the small right turn the captain had made from taxiway P onto taxiway H and that was when we inadvertently crossed runway 14L. I will monitor taxiing more closely in the future.

Title: A B767 CREW, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT ORD, BECAME DISORIENTED, TAXIING ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY.
Narrative: TAXIING FOR TKOF AT ORD, I WAS CLRED TO CROSS RWY 27R. I MADE A WRONG TURN AND CROSSED RWY 32R BY MISTAKE. I DID NOT NOTICE THE SMALL R TURN THE CAPT HAD MADE FROM TXWY P ONTO TXWY H AND THAT WAS WHEN WE INADVERTENTLY CROSSED RWY 14L. I WILL MONITOR TAXIING MORE CLOSELY IN THE FUTURE.
