Narrative:
We were cleared to land on runway 27R on very short final. We came in conflict with a turboprop commuter on short approach to runway 35, phl tower told us to sidestep to runway 27L, then immediately reclred us to land on runway 27R. We decided a go around behind the turboprop was the safest action. The commuter did a go around also.
