Narrative:
Landed runway 9R at fcm. When taxiing from runway 9R north, I informed ground of my intention to taxi to parking. When ground directed me to taxi straight forward to parking, the transmission was momentarily 'stepped on' and ended with 'runway 9L.' my personal standard practice is to read back all hold instructions. It did not appear to me I received one at that moment and consequently crossed runway 9L, causing a cessna to abort a takeoff. The controller did not come back to me if a hold was issued. I do not dispute if a hold was or was not issued, because when stepped on, I may have missed it -- yet I was not corrected. I have since learned it was a supervised student controller and may have also unfortunately contributed to both of our dilemmas by not getting back to me when no readback took place. I feel it was not a good experience for me or the controller and could have ruined everybody's day.

Title: MOONEY 20J PLT HAS RWY INCURSION AT FCM.
Narrative: LANDED RWY 9R AT FCM. WHEN TAXIING FROM RWY 9R N, I INFORMED GND OF MY INTENTION TO TAXI TO PARKING. WHEN GND DIRECTED ME TO TAXI STRAIGHT FORWARD TO PARKING, THE XMISSION WAS MOMENTARILY 'STEPPED ON' AND ENDED WITH 'RWY 9L.' MY PERSONAL STANDARD PRACTICE IS TO READ BACK ALL HOLD INSTRUCTIONS. IT DID NOT APPEAR TO ME I RECEIVED ONE AT THAT MOMENT AND CONSEQUENTLY CROSSED RWY 9L, CAUSING A CESSNA TO ABORT A TKOF. THE CTLR DID NOT COME BACK TO ME IF A HOLD WAS ISSUED. I DO NOT DISPUTE IF A HOLD WAS OR WAS NOT ISSUED, BECAUSE WHEN STEPPED ON, I MAY HAVE MISSED IT -- YET I WAS NOT CORRECTED. I HAVE SINCE LEARNED IT WAS A SUPERVISED STUDENT CTLR AND MAY HAVE ALSO UNFORTUNATELY CONTRIBUTED TO BOTH OF OUR DILEMMAS BY NOT GETTING BACK TO ME WHEN NO READBACK TOOK PLACE. I FEEL IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME OR THE CTLR AND COULD HAVE RUINED EVERYBODY'S DAY.
