Narrative:
Pilots constantly taxi. And on one occasion took off without flight attendants reporting that cabin 'secure -- ready for taxi/takeoff.' had 49 passenger during the takeoff breach. Flight attendants attempted to situation in jump seat. Instead thrown to (only vacant) seat around 5C, as 2 passenger had tried to catch flight attendant. Advised crew who each time said 'I'm sorry.' this kept occurring in july 2002. Please stop before injury/deaths!

Title: CARJ 200 FLC TAXIED AND TKOF WITH CABIN ATTENDANT STANDING RESULTING IN THE CABIN ATTENDANT BEING ASSISTED BY PAX AS SHE FELL INTO PAX SEATING.
Narrative: PLTS CONSTANTLY TAXI. AND ON ONE OCCASION TOOK OFF WITHOUT FLT ATTENDANTS RPTING THAT CABIN 'SECURE -- READY FOR TAXI/TKOF.' HAD 49 PAX DURING THE TKOF BREACH. FLT ATTENDANTS ATTEMPTED TO SIT IN JUMP SEAT. INSTEAD THROWN TO (ONLY VACANT) SEAT AROUND 5C, AS 2 PAX HAD TRIED TO CATCH FLT ATTENDANT. ADVISED CREW WHO EACH TIME SAID 'I'M SORRY.' THIS KEPT OCCURRING IN JULY 2002. PLEASE STOP BEFORE INJURY/DEATHS!
