Narrative:
While holding short of lax runway 25L at taxiway F, lax tower (120.95) cleared us to cross both runways 25L and 25R on taxiway F. First officer transmitted this clearance to lax tower as a repeat back. I, in turn, stated the same clearance in the cockpit to assure my first officer that I understood the clearance. As we crossed the first runway (runway 25L), a twin propeller commuter was taxiing onto runway 25R. As I commented to my first officer to watch this aircraft for movement, lax tower cleared him for takeoff. We held our position short of runway 25R on taxiway F and advised lax tower what just happened. The controller stated she was unaware that we had been cleared to cross runway 25R. She apologized for her error.

Title: A NEAR RWY INCURSION WHEN A DEP EMB 120 IS GIVEN TKOF CLRNC ON RWY 25R AFTER A TAXIING A310 WAS CLRED TO CROSS BY THE TWR CTLR AT LAX, CA.
Narrative: WHILE HOLDING SHORT OF LAX RWY 25L AT TXWY F, LAX TWR (120.95) CLRED US TO CROSS BOTH RWYS 25L AND 25R ON TXWY F. FO XMITTED THIS CLRNC TO LAX TWR AS A REPEAT BACK. I, IN TURN, STATED THE SAME CLRNC IN THE COCKPIT TO ASSURE MY FO THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE CLRNC. AS WE CROSSED THE FIRST RWY (RWY 25L), A TWIN PROP COMMUTER WAS TAXIING ONTO RWY 25R. AS I COMMENTED TO MY FO TO WATCH THIS ACFT FOR MOVEMENT, LAX TWR CLRED HIM FOR TKOF. WE HELD OUR POS SHORT OF RWY 25R ON TXWY F AND ADVISED LAX TWR WHAT JUST HAPPENED. THE CTLR STATED SHE WAS UNAWARE THAT WE HAD BEEN CLRED TO CROSS RWY 25R. SHE APOLOGIZED FOR HER ERROR.
