Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLT MAINT RELEASE INCORRECT. VOIDED LINE NOT INITIALED BY LEAD TECHNICIAN.
Narrative: I FAILED TO SIGN FOR A LINE I VOIDED ON THE FMR (FLT MAINT RELEASE). I DID SIGN FOR THE ITEM AND MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS SIGNING FOR THE SECOND TIME ON THIS MATTER.
