Narrative:
First officer flying on departure from abq, cleared to 11000 ft, traffic called at 12 O'clock position, 15 mi. At approximately 10700 ft, received RA to descend. Told first officer to nose over. I see TCASII showing green arc at a 1000-1500 FPM descent. TCASII was constant audible 'descend, descend,' but I noticed TCASII screen showing traffic very close but 400 ft below us. I then saw traffic low at 2 O'clock position. (We were at approximately 10600 ft descending.) I then took the aircraft and aggressively turned left and pulled up. I reported RA to ATC. After an extended silence, ATC gave us a phone number and we proceeded to destination. I later found out that lateral clearance was .18 mi (950 ft) and vertical clearance was 100 ft.

Title: MD80 FLC HAS TCASII RA WITH BE36 ACFT WHILE ON DEP.
Narrative: FO FLYING ON DEP FROM ABQ, CLRED TO 11000 FT, TFC CALLED AT 12 O'CLOCK POS, 15 MI. AT APPROX 10700 FT, RECEIVED RA TO DSND. TOLD FO TO NOSE OVER. I SEE TCASII SHOWING GREEN ARC AT A 1000-1500 FPM DSCNT. TCASII WAS CONSTANT AUDIBLE 'DSND, DSND,' BUT I NOTICED TCASII SCREEN SHOWING TFC VERY CLOSE BUT 400 FT BELOW US. I THEN SAW TFC LOW AT 2 O'CLOCK POS. (WE WERE AT APPROX 10600 FT DSNDING.) I THEN TOOK THE ACFT AND AGGRESSIVELY TURNED L AND PULLED UP. I RPTED RA TO ATC. AFTER AN EXTENDED SILENCE, ATC GAVE US A PHONE NUMBER AND WE PROCEEDED TO DEST. I LATER FOUND OUT THAT LATERAL CLRNC WAS .18 MI (950 FT) AND VERT CLRNC WAS 100 FT.
