Providing intrail sequencing for mmu, teb, phl and ewr. Limited airborne holding utilized for ewr and teb. 1 aircraft holding at FL370, several other aircraft on vectors. Second aircraft at FL370 never got descent due to being distraction by complexity of sector.

Narrative: PROVIDING INTRAIL SEQUENCING FOR MMU, TEB, PHL AND EWR. LIMITED AIRBORNE HOLDING UTILIZED FOR EWR AND TEB. 1 ACFT HOLDING AT FL370, SEVERAL OTHER ACFT ON VECTORS. SECOND ACFT AT FL370 NEVER GOT DSCNT DUE TO BEING DISTR BY COMPLEXITY OF SECTOR.
