Narrative:
Captain had us go through our planned emergency checklist and prepare the passenger for an evacuate/evacuation, because our nose gear indicator light did not work, and the captain did not know if we had our nose gear, and it was too foggy and rainy for a fly-by by the tower. We landed, and everything was ok. It would have been nice if the pilots had the tools to change the light bulb in the cockpit. It could have saved a lot of stress for a lot of people.
