Narrative:
After takeoff, upon retracting gear, I experienced complete electrical failure. Recycle master communications, generators, no joy, continued on advised departure. I attained communication with tower on cell phone. Declared an emergency generator failure. Extended gear. Gear came down very slowly. Doublechked with manual crank. I eventually got a green light when there was sufficient power coming from battery. Tried communications again, they were all garbled. Secured electrical. The tower shot green light. I came on too loud. After landing on the roll left gear started to collapse, followed by the right and soon after the nosewheel collapsed. We evacuate/evacuationed. At no time did any circuit breakers pop out. I did not cycle the master since I was logging altitude. I was at 1000 ft MSL when inbound on the freeway arrival.
