During climb out of sat, I was in first class section of aircraft and heard many chimes from flight attendant call light. Looked down aisle and saw approximately 10-12 main cabin passenger standing up. First thought passenger fight in cabin. Passenger in coach was ashen color, low blood pressure 77/43, pulse 37 and 2 nurses responded to call for volunteers. Passenger suffered mild heart attack. Landed at dfw, flight met by paramedics at dfw. Flight attendants did outstanding job!
