Narrative:

We were assigned the noise abatement and P56 avoidance procedure to the northwest at dca, the captain was flying. During the departure briefing, navaids were set and idented for the departure, specifically dca VOR R328. However, during taxi, the radios were automatic tuned which changed the selected frequencys. After departure, our flight drifted north (right) of R328 which put us near 2 restr areas. However, neither was penetrated. ATC saw the deviation and issued a heading for avoidance. The incident occurred due to a lapse in crew coordination.
