Narrative:
During cruise flight (sfo-ewr), received 'C hydraulic qty' EICAS and confirmed loss of hydraulic fluid from the center system. Complied with all applicable irregular procedures. Declared an emergency with ATC. Returned to origin (sfo) for uneventful approach and landing. Supplemental information from acn 576128: during cruise, we had complete loss of center hydraulic system and partial loss of right hydraulic system followed by stabilizer problem.
