Narrative:
I was flying in the orange county area and was fully aware of the disneyland tfr that was in place with a 3 mile and 3000 ft radius around the area. Since I was aware of the tfr, I contacted socal on 124.65 on my second radio to let them know that I was in the area and what I was doing while I was up with los alamitos tower. The socal controller reminded me of the disneyland tfr and advised me that I was unable to transition through it and gave me a squawk code. I repeated back the code and let them know of my intentions. I advised them I wanted to work at the 22 freeway. The socal controller advised me that she would give me vectors to fly to keep me out of the disneyland tfr. I was given a heading of 120. As I transitioned along on the vectors, I was then given a heading of 100. I was given the 090 heading by socal, and I advised them I was 'on station,' and asked for confirmation that this was clear of the tfr. At this time I was advised by socal that I was a half mile outside of the tfr. When I was done 'on station,' I advised socal and asked to transition to the northeast of my present position and was given approval. With my second radio still up with socal, I contacted sna on 128.35 as I was approaching their area. I advised the controller at john wayne of my intentions to transition to the northeast of my current position and that I would be 'on station' to shoot pictures. I also advised him that I would call him when I was on station. Sna advisories approved my transition and advised me that socal had handed me off to them and to remain on my current squawk code. At this time, I changed the second radio to the helicopter traffic frequency of 123.02. When I was 'on station,' I advised sna advisories and let them know I would be there for roughly 5 mins, they approved my location. After I was done and called sna advisories to let them know I was all done and would like to transition north bound towards fullerton. I was cleared for the transition. When I contacted sna advisories to clear north and ask for a frequency change to fullerton, the controller said he had a number for me to contact. I took down the number and then contacted fullerton tower. I landed at fullerton and called the number. The manager at socal advised me I was going to be cited for pilot deviation for flying through the tfr.

Title: ENRTE FROM A NEWS DATA COLLECTING FLT, AS50 PLT REQUIRED TO CALL SCT SUPVR DUE TO APPARENT DISNEYLAND TFR VIOLATION.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING IN THE ORANGE COUNTY AREA AND WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE DISNEYLAND TFR THAT WAS IN PLACE WITH A 3 MILE AND 3000 FT RADIUS AROUND THE AREA. SINCE I WAS AWARE OF THE TFR, I CONTACTED SOCAL ON 124.65 ON MY SECOND RADIO TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS IN THE AREA AND WHAT I WAS DOING WHILE I WAS UP WITH LOS ALAMITOS TWR. THE SOCAL CTLR REMINDED ME OF THE DISNEYLAND TFR AND ADVISED ME THAT I WAS UNABLE TO TRANSITION THROUGH IT AND GAVE ME A SQUAWK CODE. I REPEATED BACK THE CODE AND LET THEM KNOW OF MY INTENTIONS. I ADVISED THEM I WANTED TO WORK AT THE 22 FREEWAY. THE SOCAL CTLR ADVISED ME THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME VECTORS TO FLY TO KEEP ME OUT OF THE DISNEYLAND TFR. I WAS GIVEN A HDG OF 120. AS I TRANSITIONED ALONG ON THE VECTORS, I WAS THEN GIVEN A HDG OF 100. I WAS GIVEN THE 090 HDG BY SOCAL, AND I ADVISED THEM I WAS 'ON STATION,' AND ASKED FOR CONFIRMATION THAT THIS WAS CLR OF THE TFR. AT THIS TIME I WAS ADVISED BY SOCAL THAT I WAS A HALF MILE OUTSIDE OF THE TFR. WHEN I WAS DONE 'ON STATION,' I ADVISED SOCAL AND ASKED TO TRANSITION TO THE NE OF MY PRESENT POSITION AND WAS GIVEN APPROVAL. WITH MY SECOND RADIO STILL UP WITH SOCAL, I CONTACTED SNA ON 128.35 AS I WAS APCHING THEIR AREA. I ADVISED THE CTLR AT JOHN WAYNE OF MY INTENTIONS TO TRANSITION TO THE NE OF MY CURRENT POSITION AND THAT I WOULD BE 'ON STATION' TO SHOOT PICTURES. I ALSO ADVISED HIM THAT I WOULD CALL HIM WHEN I WAS ON STATION. SNA ADVISORIES APPROVED MY TRANSITION AND ADVISED ME THAT SOCAL HAD HANDED ME OFF TO THEM AND TO REMAIN ON MY CURRENT SQUAWK CODE. AT THIS TIME, I CHANGED THE SECOND RADIO TO THE HELI TFC FREQUENCY OF 123.02. WHEN I WAS 'ON STATION,' I ADVISED SNA ADVISORIES AND LET THEM KNOW I WOULD BE THERE FOR ROUGHLY 5 MINS, THEY APPROVED MY LOCATION. AFTER I WAS DONE AND CALLED SNA ADVISORIES TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS ALL DONE AND WOULD LIKE TO TRANSITION N BOUND TOWARDS FULLERTON. I WAS CLRED FOR THE TRANSITION. WHEN I CONTACTED SNA ADVISORIES TO CLR N AND ASK FOR A FREQUENCY CHANGE TO FULLERTON, THE CTLR SAID HE HAD A NUMBER FOR ME TO CONTACT. I TOOK DOWN THE NUMBER AND THEN CONTACTED FULLERTON TWR. I LANDED AT FULLERTON AND CALLED THE NUMBER. THE MANAGER AT SOCAL ADVISED ME I WAS GOING TO BE CITED FOR PLT DEVIATION FOR FLYING THROUGH THE TFR.
