Narrative:

On card eco B767 APU battery dual ground installation. Avionics mechanic requested a qa buyback to measure resistance. Step C(5), step D(4) and D(6). Watching him, and getting good measurements readings for each step per card. I stamped qa sign-offs. I notice step C(3) mechanic has signed off his box, also step C(4) box. But qa buyback on step C(3) wasn't done. I stamped off that box thinking that fay surface was cleaned because we got good resistance reading on each step.
