Narrative:
I was inbound for landing at rdu -- runway 32 was assigned -- there was 8 mph crosswind. Over runway power at idle attempting side slip for crosswind correction, during roundout, instead of lowering the wing, I dropped the nose. To prevent this, I should have requested runway 23, and should have held nose up while lowering wing.
