Narrative:

We were at the hold line on taxiway B by F intersection waiting to continue taxi for takeoff runway 25R. We held while 3 aircraft ahead taxied full length and took off. As the last aircraft was cleared into position, tower asked us if we could accept an F intersection takeoff. We answered affirmative. Tower then cleared the holding aircraft to take off and cleared us to taxi to hold short runway 25R at F intersection. I proceeded slowly anticipating clearance into position. No aircraft were on final as I made my turn toward the runway. I inadvertently taxied past the hold line. The first officer reminded me we were not cleared past, so I stopped immediately. We stopped just past the hold line. Tower then cleared us into position and subsequent takeoff was normal.

Title: A300 CAPT TAXIED PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE AT LAX.

Narrative: WE WERE AT THE HOLD LINE ON TXWY B BY F INTXN WAITING TO CONTINUE TAXI FOR TKOF RWY 25R. WE HELD WHILE 3 ACFT AHEAD TAXIED FULL LENGTH AND TOOK OFF. NO ACFT WERE ON FINAL AS I MADE MY TURN TOWARD THE RWY. I INADVERTENTLY TAXIED PAST THE HOLD LINE. THE FO REMINDED ME WE WERE NOT CLRED PAST, SO I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. WE STOPPED JUST PAST THE HOLD LINE. TWR THEN CLRED US INTO POS AND SUBSEQUENT TKOF WAS NORMAL.
