Engine fire #2 engine. Over alb at FL290 we received a fire warning on #2 engine. We proceeded with memory items and shut down #2 engine. The fire indication was extinguished as the t-handle was pulled. No fire bottle was actuated. We declared an emergency with ny center and proceeded to obtain WX and started descent to alb. All checklist were completed. We were then vectored for an ILS runway 19 approach to a dry runway. After the landing rollout #2 engine fire light came back on. We stopped the aircraft on the taxiway and actuated #2 fire bottle. Fire light went out. Emergency evacuate/evacuation was ordered. The flight attendant performed her evacuate/evacuation as crew assisted. First aid kit was obtained and emergency medical kit were also taken with crew evacuate/evacuation.
