There was a possible pilot deviation. I was told aircraft X was climbing to FL310 and ZDV said he climbed through that altitude. Supplemental information from acn 586326: I thought left X was stopped at FL310 and the aircraft was climbing to FL370.

Title: ZDV CTLR ALERTS ZKC RADAR AND HANDOFF CTLR OF UNCOORD ALT ASSIGNMENT OF ACFT EXITING ZKC INTO ZDV AIRSPACE.
Narrative: THERE WAS A POSSIBLE PLT DEV. I WAS TOLD ACFT X WAS CLBING TO FL310 AND ZDV SAID HE CLBED THROUGH THAT ALT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 586326: I THOUGHT L X WAS STOPPED AT FL310 AND THE ACFT WAS CLBING TO FL370.
