Narrative:

Departed sdl and climbed intermediately to flight level 370. 5 to 10 mins into cruise, #1 engine (left) low oil pressure warning light illuminated. #1 engine oil pressure was dropping. Immediately powered #1 engine back to flight idle, called for engine shutdown in flight checklist. Shut down #1 engine. Reviewed all other required checklists. Landed safely on single engine at abq. No incident or incursion. 4 of 5 quarts of engine oil blown out due to failed o-ring on dipstick.
