Narrative:
We started to descend into the atw area when the right t-handle illuminated, indicating a fire. We agreed to secure the engine. We completed the memory items and informed ATC, then ran the QRH. We landed in atw with the fire trucks ready. At that point, the t-handle light extinguished. The fire department inspected the right engine. We taxied the aircraft to the ramp.
