Narrative:
Working the arrival push into cleveland. I knew aircraft #1 and #2 were traffic, because I needed to descend aircraft #1 as he was a cle arrival also. I thought I turned aircraft #1 enough for the descent. It wasn't.

Title: ZOB ARTCC RADAR CTLR OBSERVES A TFC CONFLICT BTWN ACFT #1 AND #2, BUT DID NOT PROVIDE CORRECTIVE ACTION IN TIME TO PREVENT A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: WORKING THE ARR PUSH INTO CLEVELAND. I KNEW ACFT #1 AND #2 WERE TFC, BECAUSE I NEEDED TO DSND ACFT #1 AS HE WAS A CLE ARR ALSO. I THOUGHT I TURNED ACFT #1 ENOUGH FOR THE DSCNT. IT WASN'T.
