Narrative:
I was approaching (geu) glendale, az for landing. I contacted tower and advised my intentions with current ATIS. I was advised to report 'over the freeway.' the controller became busy with an inbound twin commanche which the controller could not locate. The controller lapsed into non-standard phraseology like, 'where are you? -- I can't see you -- why aren't you where I told you to be!' and so on. The controller occupied the frequency to the point others could not contact tower. The controller's attitude became totally unprofessional and belligerent, until the controller was almost shouting. Each response from the commanche resulted in a greater lack of control. When I reported 'over the freeway,' the controller said 'fly through,' another non-standard phrase. I responded, but had no opportunity to question the 'fly-through' instruction as the controller was engaged with the extended conversation with the commanche. When I was able to interject, I said 'I'm approaching luke (AFB) airspace! Get me out of here.' the response was 'what are you doing over there? I told you to fly-through.' I immediately executed a 180 degree turn to avoid luke airspace. As a result of the non-standard phraseology and the controller's unprofessional manner and inability to see the twin, I might have inadvertently entered luke AFB airspace.

Title: PA28 EXPERIENCED POSSIBLE CLASS D ENTRY AT LUKE AFB INBOUND TO GEU, AS GEU CTLR BECOMES DISTR WITH A PA30 POS RPT.
Narrative: I WAS APCHING (GEU) GLENDALE, AZ FOR LNDG. I CONTACTED TWR AND ADVISED MY INTENTIONS WITH CURRENT ATIS. I WAS ADVISED TO RPT 'OVER THE FREEWAY.' THE CTLR BECAME BUSY WITH AN INBOUND TWIN COMMANCHE WHICH THE CTLR COULD NOT LOCATE. THE CTLR LAPSED INTO NON-STANDARD PHRASEOLOGY LIKE, 'WHERE ARE YOU? -- I CAN'T SEE YOU -- WHY AREN'T YOU WHERE I TOLD YOU TO BE!' AND SO ON. THE CTLR OCCUPIED THE FREQ TO THE POINT OTHERS COULD NOT CONTACT TWR. THE CTLR'S ATTITUDE BECAME TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BELLIGERENT, UNTIL THE CTLR WAS ALMOST SHOUTING. EACH RESPONSE FROM THE COMMANCHE RESULTED IN A GREATER LACK OF CTL. WHEN I RPTED 'OVER THE FREEWAY,' THE CTLR SAID 'FLY THROUGH,' ANOTHER NON-STANDARD PHRASE. I RESPONDED, BUT HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO QUESTION THE 'FLY-THROUGH' INSTRUCTION AS THE CTLR WAS ENGAGED WITH THE EXTENDED CONVERSATION WITH THE COMMANCHE. WHEN I WAS ABLE TO INTERJECT, I SAID 'I'M APCHING LUKE (AFB) AIRSPACE! GET ME OUT OF HERE.' THE RESPONSE WAS 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING OVER THERE? I TOLD YOU TO FLY-THROUGH.' I IMMEDIATELY EXECUTED A 180 DEG TURN TO AVOID LUKE AIRSPACE. AS A RESULT OF THE NON-STANDARD PHRASEOLOGY AND THE CTLR'S UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER AND INABILITY TO SEE THE TWIN, I MIGHT HAVE INADVERTENTLY ENTERED LUKE AFB AIRSPACE.
