Narrative:

Upper ('B' system) elevator autoplt actuator input rod attach bolt/nut may not have been fully tight/secure during right&right of 'B' system elevator autoplt actuator on aircraft. This attach bolt is sometimes removed to aid removal of the input crank arm from the actuator shaft. I started to remove this bolt, but decided to try the crank removal first. (The nut on input rod was loosened approximately 3-4 turns.) the crank arm, however, came off without a problem so the input rod bolt did not have to be removed. After finishing the job (including inspection) and on my drive home, I did not specifically remember rechking this bolt/nut. So as precaution, notified my supervisor and maintenance control to have this checked at first station stop.
