Narrative:
Flight was originally an aircraft with wing anti-ice MEL. Unable to route aircraft to cle due to icing restr and since maintenance was closed; a decision was made by the unit coordinator to use a B737-300. The flight was in-flight when dispatcher received ACARS from flight stating the lack of a 'KEATN4' arrival plate and lack of cle airport advisory pages. The dispatcher checked and confirmed that cle was not a regular airport for the B737-300 but an alternate airport. Dispatcher amended the release and advised the captain to proceed to a different regional airport. Flight landed without further incident. Flight was canceled when it was determined that approval for ZZZ as a regular airport would not arrive tonight.
