Aircraft #1 was climbing to FL330. I thought he was climbing to FL310. Aircraft #2 was in level flight. Traffic call was issued. Aircraft #1 had aircraft #2 in sight during loss of separation.

Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS CLBING TO FL330. I THOUGHT HE WAS CLBING TO FL310. ACFT #2 WAS IN LEVEL FLT. TFC CALL WAS ISSUED. ACFT #1 HAD ACFT #2 IN SIGHT DURING LOSS OF SEPARATION.
