Narrative:
On oct/tue/03, aircraft arrived ZZZ with nosewheel shimmy. After a maintenance taxi a decision was made to change both nose landing gear tires. Tires both went on smoothly and torque checked ok. After tire change a maintenance taxi was performed and write-up was operations checked good.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH BOTH NOSE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLIES REPLACED BUT THE WHEEL SPACERS WERE OMITTED.
Narrative: ON OCT/TUE/03, ACFT ARRIVED ZZZ WITH NOSEWHEEL SHIMMY. AFTER A MAINT TAXI A DECISION WAS MADE TO CHANGE BOTH NOSE LNDG GEAR TIRES. TIRES BOTH WENT ON SMOOTHLY AND TORQUE CHKED OK. AFTER TIRE CHANGE A MAINT TAXI WAS PERFORMED AND WRITE-UP WAS OPS CHKED GOOD.
