Used cell phone in-flight. Crew spoke with passenger about misconduct. Also, gave passenger formal written warning. Had mexican police meet the airplane in mmun.

Narrative: PAX MADE RACIAL COMMENTS TO OTHER PAX AND ABOUT OTHER PAX, DRINKING ALCOHOL FROM BOTTLES THEY BROUGHT ON BOARD. BELLIGERENT TO FLT CREW, DISRUPTING SVC AND OTHER PAX. USED CELL PHONE INFLT. CREW SPOKE WITH PAX ABOUT MISCONDUCT. ALSO, GAVE PAX FORMAL WRITTEN WARNING. HAD MEXICAN POLICE MEET THE AIRPLANE IN MMUN.
