Narrative:

I descended aircraft X from FL370 to FL280. A couple of mins later, the conflict alert continued with aircraft Y at FL350. I told aircraft X to stop descent. He was at about FL360. I turned aircraft Y to heading 270 degrees (about 70 degree turn). I turned aircraft X right 40 degrees. I descended aircraft Y to FL310. The closest proximity was 1100 ft and 2.8 mi. I was working about 18 aircraft with no assistance. I've been working traffic only part time for the past 3 yrs. I average about 2 days a week for traffic and 3 days a week in the office.
