Narrative:
Aircraft X was landing at awo coming in from the east. He was descended to 8000 ft for the mia. The r-side heard the d-side coordinate on a landline about aircraft X. The r-side then shipped aircraft X to the next sector. The aircraft entered whidbey airspace without a pointout. The d-side was also distraction by other coordination. R-side assumed the pointout was done because it heard landline coordination about aircraft X. Whidbey called and reported the deviation.
