Narrative:

At the time of the incident, I was working mfd radar with 19 aircraft, which was a complex mix of overflts, departures and arrs. The B190 was climbing over mfd to an altitude of 14000 ft. I thought that the E145 was climbing over ape and I assigned the aircraft FL230. I was then coordinating with other sectors and issuing clrncs to other aircraft when the conflict alert went off. I turned the E145 15 degree left and the B190 15 degrees right, bvt the loss of separation had already occurred.
