D328 descending to 4000 ft, heading 150 degrees. Carj eastbound at 4000 ft. D328 turned heading 090 degrees to parallel carj for base leg. D328 washed out of turn. Carj descended to 3000 ft. D328 turned north to avoid. Carj reports a TCASII alert and initiates climb resulting in loss of separation.

Narrative: D328 DSNDING TO 4000 FT, HDG 150 DEGS. CARJ EBOUND AT 4000 FT. D328 TURNED HDG 090 DEGS TO PARALLEL CARJ FOR BASE LEG. D328 WASHED OUT OF TURN. CARJ DSNDED TO 3000 FT. D328 TURNED N TO AVOID. CARJ RPTS A TCASII ALERT AND INITIATES CLB RESULTING IN LOSS OF SEPARATION.
