Narrative:
We were cleared to taxi to runway 18 in oma via txwys G and K. This involved crossing runways 14R (closed by NOTAM) and 14L. After crossing runway 14L, we were informed by the ground controller that the clearance limit was runway 14L not runway 18 and to stop the aircraft and contact tower by telephone.

Title: FLT CREW OF EMB145 CROSS RWY 14L ON WAY TO RWY 18 AT OMA ALLEGEDLY WITHOUT CLRNC. CREW BELIEVES THEY HAD CLRNC TO CROSS BY VIRTUE OF 'TAXI TO' PHRASEOLOGY GIVEN WITH TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO TAXI TO RWY 18 IN OMA VIA TXWYS G AND K. THIS INVOLVED XING RWYS 14R (CLOSED BY NOTAM) AND 14L. AFTER XING RWY 14L, WE WERE INFORMED BY THE GND CTLR THAT THE CLRNC LIMIT WAS RWY 14L NOT RWY 18 AND TO STOP THE ACFT AND CONTACT TWR BY TELEPHONE.
