Removed and replaced #3 and #4 main tires. Found hub cap on #4 cracked. Removed pct cdl 32-91. I should have factored out log page and made a separate entry for the cdl.

Title: A B737-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A LOGBOOK SIGN OFF COVERING 2 MAIN TIRES REPLACED AND A REMOVED MAIN TIRE HUB CAP.
Narrative: REMOVED AND REPLACED #3 AND #4 MAIN TIRES. FOUND HUB CAP ON #4 CRACKED. REMOVED PCT CDL 32-91. I SHOULD HAVE FACTORED OUT LOG PAGE AND MADE A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR THE CDL.
