Narrative:

We were on final and called for flaps 10 degrees and there was no movement of the flaps. We did a go around and did the trailing edge flap malfunction and landed flaps 15 degrees. We briefed the cabin on the procedure and declared an emergency. We landed without incident. I thought the crew did a fine job but one note to remember to brief passenger on emergency in spanish also or language of country when you have an emergency, to keep passenger calm. We did that and it helped.
