Narrative:
Upon landing at dulles runway 19R, tower advised clear runway at Y7. Turned off at Y7 and continued turn on Y6. We were told to expedite. Ground advised us an aircraft had to go around because I did not clear the runway fast enough. Tower never made it clear the aircraft was that close. We had #2 thrust reverser inoperative and trying to save our brakes. Tower advised us not to use our thrust reversers but get on our brakes and get off the runway. Supplemental information from acn 625627: tower told us not to use our thrust reversers at that time of day due to airport volume and that we should always get on our brakes hard.
