Narrative:
Landed runway 17R at lbb. Our facility is located on the right side of approach end of runway 17R just off taxiway south. Our buildings are not shown on current commercial plate. My route procedures manual does show the parking area as described above. I was preoccupied with marking the parking spot on my commercial plate and turned right off runway 17R at taxiway B. On contacting ground, which was also the tower controller, he told me I was on a taxiway that was not stressed for aircraft over 50000 pounds. I stopped immediately and called our maintenance for a tug to push me back as I didn't have enough room to turn around. Abx procedures prohibit thrust reversers for taxi purposes. Pushback was completed and security inspected taxiway with no damage reported to tower. Recommend update of 10- 9 commercial plate and taxiway restrs highlighted in bold print. Parallel txwys are normally stressed for any aircraft authorized to land there. I reported this to my chief pilot and filled out a 'cpt' irregularity report. Company gave me a line check on jul/xx/97.

Title: DC9 ACFT AFTER LNDG TURNED OFF ONTO TXWY WHICH WAS NOT LEGAL FOR ACFT WT. RPTR'S COMPANY PUSHED ACFT OFF TXWY WITH TUG.
Narrative: LANDED RWY 17R AT LBB. OUR FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE R SIDE OF APCH END OF RWY 17R JUST OFF TXWY S. OUR BUILDINGS ARE NOT SHOWN ON CURRENT COMMERCIAL PLATE. MY RTE PROCS MANUAL DOES SHOW THE PARKING AREA AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. I WAS PREOCCUPIED WITH MARKING THE PARKING SPOT ON MY COMMERCIAL PLATE AND TURNED R OFF RWY 17R AT TXWY B. ON CONTACTING GND, WHICH WAS ALSO THE TWR CTLR, HE TOLD ME I WAS ON A TXWY THAT WAS NOT STRESSED FOR ACFT OVER 50000 LBS. I STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND CALLED OUR MAINT FOR A TUG TO PUSH ME BACK AS I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO TURN AROUND. ABX PROCS PROHIBIT THRUST REVERSERS FOR TAXI PURPOSES. PUSHBACK WAS COMPLETED AND SECURITY INSPECTED TXWY WITH NO DAMAGE RPTED TO TWR. RECOMMEND UPDATE OF 10- 9 COMMERCIAL PLATE AND TXWY RESTRS HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD PRINT. PARALLEL TXWYS ARE NORMALLY STRESSED FOR ANY ACFT AUTHORIZED TO LAND THERE. I RPTED THIS TO MY CHIEF PLT AND FILLED OUT A 'CPT' IRREGULARITY RPT. COMPANY GAVE ME A LINE CHK ON JUL/XX/97.
