Narrative:
Female passenger was not happy with her seat as she insisted to have a certain seat that was assigned to her on a later scheduled flight. Due to extensive WX delays and an aircraft substitution, we were 7 1/2 hours behind schedule. The agent and flight attendant were unable to convince this lady to tae another seat. Since we were ready to go, I told the flight attendant to tell the lady to either tae a seat or get off of the aircraft. After several mins she agreed to tae a seat but told the flight attendant that she, 'is going to be the nastiest passenger she has ever had.' when informed of what this passenger said, I directed the agent to have this passenger removed as she has idented herself as a potential safety and security hazard to my crew. The lady and her male traveling companion were subsequently deplaned. During the flight, the flight attendants could not give me the passenger's name as the agent did not give them their final paperwor.
