Narrative:
I was assigned work card on aircraft X. On my walkaround I found the r-hand engine oil service door latches open. When I opened the door the oil cap was hanging from the oil reservoir.

Title: A B737 ON A ROUTINE OVERNIGHT CHK WAS FOUND TO HAVE THE R ENG OIL SVC DOOR OPEN AND THE OIL CAP LAYING ON THE RESERVOIR.
Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED WORK CARD ON ACFT X. ON MY WALKAROUND I FOUND THE R-HAND ENG OIL SVC DOOR LATCHES OPEN. WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR THE OIL CAP WAS HANGING FROM THE OIL RESERVOIR.
