Narrative:
This is a continual problem and extreme safety hazard. Parachute aircraft with this company climb directly through a main arrival corridor for phl airspace. Arrs arriving over vcn VORTAC. Aircraft X encountered one of these aircraft climbing through his flight path. Aircraft X was level at 6000 ft and the jump aircraft was climbing through 5800 ft not receiving radar advisories.
