Narrative:
I deferred the item per MEL 2521D of the fleet with the impression of deferrable, and asking station operations for the system operation approval. After aircraft left station, I received from maintenance controller that this was a no go item. Aircraft flew from ZZZ to ZZZ1.

Title: A B737-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE FORWARD CABIN ATTENDANT SEAT DEFERRED AS INOP IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL.
Narrative: I DEFERRED THE ITEM PER MEL 2521D OF THE FLEET WITH THE IMPRESSION OF DEFERRABLE, AND ASKING STATION OPS FOR THE SYS OP APPROVAL. AFTER ACFT LEFT STATION, I RECEIVED FROM MAINT CTLR THAT THIS WAS A NO GO ITEM. ACFT FLEW FROM ZZZ TO ZZZ1.
