Narrative:
This aircraft was just released from a heavy check and gear change on sep/mon/04. The log write-up states 'that the steering binds when making left turns.' the aircraft was taken OTS and investigated and maintenance found the tiller input shaft-nut over-torqued by air carrier outside vendor. Maintenance in ZZZ replaced the nut and retorqued per our 'company' specifications.
