Narrative:
Airport analysis data was sent to us by our company for runway xx and yy. A special departure procedure for our type aircraft was supposed to be sent along with runway xx airport analysis data, of which, we were unaware because it was not sent to us. When we received our IFR clearance the tower asked us if we had the special departure procedure for runway xx. I said 'no, could you read it to us.' I copied it down and compared it with the 11-1 chart 'obstacle departure for runway xx,' it was identical. So we had the departure procedure for runway xx on board. Later that day, we found out we were supposed to have a specific departure procedure for MD80 aircraft that our company did not request from our data supplier. The company is correcting the problem.
