Narrative:
Maintenance technician, mr X, was assigned to clean sensors by me. I asked if he needed help and told him he could use the cleaner as per sensor engineering service order. He said he did not need help. I left him to his job and did not hear about it until a few days later.

Title: A300 AND B767 SENSORS WERE ASSIGNED TO A TECHNICIAN FOR CLEANING PER THE ENGINEERING SVC ORDER. THE SENSORS WERE IMPROPERLY CLEANED.
Narrative: MAINT TECHNICIAN, MR X, WAS ASSIGNED TO CLEAN SENSORS BY ME. I ASKED IF HE NEEDED HELP AND TOLD HIM HE COULD USE THE CLEANER AS PER SENSOR ENGINEERING SVC ORDER. HE SAID HE DID NOT NEED HELP. I LEFT HIM TO HIS JOB AND DID NOT HEAR ABOUT IT UNTIL A FEW DAYS LATER.
