Narrative:
Vectoring the B350 for ptw VOR while vectoring the A321 for same route. Traffic was given well prior to the event also a vector was given to the A321, once I assumed the A321 would out-climb the B350. Turned him back to the VOR and the B350 well out-climbed the A321.

Title: B350 OFF PHL OVERTAKES AND OUT-CLBS AN A321 RESULTING IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: VECTORING THE B350 FOR PTW VOR WHILE VECTORING THE A321 FOR SAME RTE. TFC WAS GIVEN WELL PRIOR TO THE EVENT ALSO A VECTOR WAS GIVEN TO THE A321, ONCE I ASSUMED THE A321 WOULD OUT-CLB THE B350. TURNED HIM BACK TO THE VOR AND THE B350 WELL OUT-CLBED THE A321.
