Narrative:
I arrived at runway 36 at taxiway G. Told tower 'aircraft X ready at 36 golf.' was told to hold short for landing traffic. Responded 'holding short at 36 golf.' I heard tower tell an aircraft to 'position and hold.' I thought the clearance was for my aircraft, but was actually for another aircraft. I responded, 'position and hold for aircraft X' as I rolled past the line. As I rolled forward, I looked for landing traffic and saw an aircraft. At the same time I heard tower tell an aircraft to go around. I did not get out onto the runway. I was approximately 15-20 ft past the line. I was monitoring multiple radios and airspace was busy at the time, as well as the ground traffic. The passenger next to me was talking to me. I should not have rolled forward until tower responded to my reply of 'aircraft X, position and hold.' I might have transmitted over wrong radio. When I returned from short flight, tower asked me to call on telephone when able. I did and supplied them with requested information.

Title: C207 PLT AT BET, AK, ACCEPTS CLRNC FOR ANOTHER ACFT AND BEGINS TAXI AND CROSSED HOLD LINE RESULTING IN GAR.
Narrative: I ARRIVED AT RWY 36 AT TXWY G. TOLD TWR 'ACFT X READY AT 36 GOLF.' WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT FOR LNDG TFC. RESPONDED 'HOLDING SHORT AT 36 GOLF.' I HEARD TWR TELL AN ACFT TO 'POS AND HOLD.' I THOUGHT THE CLRNC WAS FOR MY ACFT, BUT WAS ACTUALLY FOR ANOTHER ACFT. I RESPONDED, 'POS AND HOLD FOR ACFT X' AS I ROLLED PAST THE LINE. AS I ROLLED FORWARD, I LOOKED FOR LNDG TFC AND SAW AN ACFT. AT THE SAME TIME I HEARD TWR TELL AN ACFT TO GO AROUND. I DID NOT GET OUT ONTO THE RWY. I WAS APPROX 15-20 FT PAST THE LINE. I WAS MONITORING MULTIPLE RADIOS AND AIRSPACE WAS BUSY AT THE TIME, AS WELL AS THE GND TFC. THE PAX NEXT TO ME WAS TALKING TO ME. I SHOULD NOT HAVE ROLLED FORWARD UNTIL TWR RESPONDED TO MY REPLY OF 'ACFT X, POS AND HOLD.' I MIGHT HAVE XMITTED OVER WRONG RADIO. WHEN I RETURNED FROM SHORT FLT, TWR ASKED ME TO CALL ON TELEPHONE WHEN ABLE. I DID AND SUPPLIED THEM WITH REQUESTED INFO.
